• Can I use these fragrance oils with a diffuser from another brand?

  Yes. Scentmory fragrance oils are compatible with most cold-air nebulizing diffusers.

  Not compatible with:

  • Water-based ultrasonic diffusers (our oils are not designed to be mixed with water)
  • Heat diffusers or candle warmers, as high temperatures may alter the fragrance profile
  • Reed diffusers, which require a specially formulated diffuser base
• Are the fragrance oils safe to use around pets?

  There are currently no known issues when used properly, but we recommend taking extra care around pets.

  For the best experience:

  • Use your diffuser in a well-ventilated room.
  • Avoid placing it near where your pets eat or sleep.
  • Stop using the diffuser if your pet shows signs of discomfort, such as excessive sneezing, coughing, rapid breathing, or vomiting.
  • If your pet has existing respiratory or health conditions, consult your veterinarian before use.
• How strong is the scent, and how long does it last?

  Each Scentmory fragrance is carefully blended to deliver a medium to strong scent throw, depending on the fragrance profile and room size.

  For the best performance:

  • Allow 15 - 20 minutes for the diffuser to fully scent the space.
  • Keep doors and windows closed for a more concentrated fragrance.

  If you'd like a stronger scent:

  • Increase the diffuser intensity.
  • Use a larger bottle or diffuser for bigger spaces.

  If the scent feels too strong:

  • Lower the intensity setting.
  • Use intermittent mode if available.
  • Move the diffuser to a larger room.
• How should I store my fragrance oil, and how long does it last?

  For best results:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Ideal storage temperature: 60 - 75°F (15 - 24°C).
  • Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
  • Avoid exposing the oil to extreme heat, such as leaving it inside a parked car.

  Shelf life:

  • Unopened: Up to 24 months from the production date.
  • Opened: Best used within 12-18 months.

  Over time, natural oxidation may slightly change the scent, but the oil can still be safe to use if stored properly.

• What if I don't like the scent?

  We want you to shop with confidence.

  Our 14-day return policy covers:

  • Unopened fragrance oils in their original packaging
  • Unused diffuser devices
  • Damaged or defective items (free replacement)
  • Incorrect items received (free exchange)

  Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Opened fragrance oil bottles
  • Sample sizes
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

  Because fragrance products cannot be resold once opened, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

  If you're trying a scent for the first time, we recommend starting with a 50ml bottle before purchasing a larger size.

  Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
